Independent public-interest initiative in formation

Fundatio Trilunae

財なき財団

A foundation before the fund.

An independently operated public-interest initiative preparing careful stewardship and accountable publication for selected open work.

Mandate

Build the institution before claiming its form.

Triluna exists to create, preserve, publish, and responsibly steward work whose value should outlast an immediate project or creator. Its order is deliberate: purpose before capital, work before claims, a clear record before any support claim, governance before fundraising, and continuity before expansion.

Legal foundation status, if it becomes appropriate, should recognise an institution that already has a mandate, rules, public work, and the capacity to remain accountable.

Custodia · Library

The archive serves the institution.

The Library will hold public publications, standards, cultural documents, records, and superseded versions. Archive identifiers, provenance, and verification remain essential, but they follow the purpose of a work rather than replacing it.

No canonical public Triluna publication has been issued yet. The source contains working examples, but none qualifies for public release.

Institutional principles

Restraint is part of the work.

  1. Record before asking.A future support claim must be legible before it is made.
  2. Work before claims.Public language follows demonstrated practice.
  3. Truth before appearance.Status, proof, and limitations remain explicit.
  4. Independence with accountability.Concentrated authority is acknowledged and designed to become more accountable.
