Fundatio Trilunae is an independently operated public-interest initiative for the creation, preservation, publication, and stewardship of selected cultural, educational, intellectual, and technical work.

It is not a legally constituted foundation, separate legal person, registered charity, tax-exempt body, nonprofit organisation, public institution, university, research institute, donation body, or grant-making foundation. It does not solicit or accept public donations.

Privacy

triluna.org is a static public website. It does not include public account registration, analytics scripts, tracking pixels, advertising, behavioural profiling, newsletter tracking, contact-form vendors, application intake, or tracking cookies.

The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process ordinary security and access information as part of hosting, network operation, and abuse prevention.

Lawful requests and product boundaries

The static Triluna site is not the Relay account or content store. It does not hold Relay account records, connection profiles, usage totals, or hosted user-content ciphertext. This notice describes only the information available through this public publishing boundary, including public content and ordinary hosting, security, and access information.

Triluna Relay and Ronova are product-specific surfaces with product-specific policies. Relay describes encrypted connectivity, credential protection, and the account, billing, usage, security, and connection metadata that may remain available. Ronova describes Community message encryption, device-held private keys, encrypted key envelopes, invite fragments, and the limits of recovery. Those policies apply only to the products and architectures they identify.

Fundatio Trilunae does not claim threshold cryptography, a cryptographic share, or universal end-to-end encryption for this static site or for Relay. We do not weaken encryption, create undisclosed access mechanisms, or redesign this site to collect information solely because it may later be requested.

Ronova, as responsible publisher, complies with valid legal obligations applicable to this publishing operation. Where disclosure is legally required, it may provide information in its possession and under its control. Where legally permitted, requests that are vague, excessive, technically inaccurate, or disproportionate may be narrowed. We can provide what we have. We cannot provide what we never possessed.

Record and identity boundary

Private, semi-public, keyed, and example-only archive records are excluded from the public build. The published Ledger snapshot contains only approved public debit fields and allocations; it excludes private counterparties, account and invoice details, infrastructure identifiers, evidence originals, applicant data, correspondence, credentials, and operational access records. Future private identity references must use the universal Ronova ID. Triluna does not define a second account system.

Canonical publishing boundary

Only triluna.org and www.triluna.org are canonical public hosts. Approved local hosts may serve development previews. Raw deployment hosts fail closed and are not alternative public addresses.
