Institutional decisions
The founding steward decides whether work falls within the mandate, which branch or fields apply, whether a public route is appropriate, and whether a record remains a draft, becomes canonical, or is superseded.
Every decision must preserve the original project’s responsibility, respect visibility restrictions, and avoid claims beyond the evidence held by Triluna.
Interim practice
Approval, seals, and canonical status
- Review the mandate fit.Purpose, audience, source project, rights, privacy, and stewardship obligation are recorded.
- Review the publication state.Draft, visibility, revision, and supersession fields must agree with the public presentation.
- Issue institutional approval.Only the present founding steward may approve or revoke the Fundatio seal.
- Grant canonical status separately.A seal or public route does not make a record canonical by itself.
Interim practice
Conflicts of interest
Because the same steward may create, select, approve, and preserve work, conflicts are structurally possible. Relevant creator, project, financial, and personal relationships must be disclosed in the record before approval.
Where independent review is necessary but unavailable, the work remains draft or proposed rather than receiving a stronger institutional claim.

Revision and revocation
Governance documents, mandate language, seals, and canonical decisions may be revised when the reason, date, responsible steward, previous state, and replacement are preserved. Material changes do not erase the earlier record.

Reducing concentrated authority
- Separate creation, review, approval, and custody roles where scale and risk justify it.
- Define conflicts, recusals, records of decision, and independent review requirements.
- Establish succession instructions and durable access to public records and source materials.
- Document how a future governing body is selected, limited, and held accountable.

Succession and continuity
A complete succession mechanism has not yet been established. Until one exists, Triluna must avoid responsibilities it cannot continue safely if the founding steward becomes unavailable.
Conditions for future transitions
Adopting legal foundation form
The mandate, governance, continuity, assets, jurisdiction, duties, and responsible people must be ready for legal review. Legal form should recognise existing institutional practice rather than manufacture credibility.
