Present capacity, stated plainly.
Triluna states what is active, what is limited, and what remains unavailable without inventing a service, funding programme, or legal form.
Institutional status register
- Legal form
- Independent initiative; not a separate legal entity or legally constituted foundation.
- Responsible publisher
- Ronova.
- Charitable or tax-exempt status
- None claimed.
- Donations
- Not solicited or accepted through Triluna.
- Payments and paid services
- No payment, checkout, subscription, metering, or service-provisioning channel is operated through triluna.org.
- Tax deductibility
- No contribution is represented as tax-deductible.
- Public funds
- None managed.
- Open Ledger
- The public accounting register is available as JSON, CSV, manifest, and localized pages. It separates recorded expenditure, delayed source entries, pending support details, and unreported resource coverage; it remains under review and is not a closed account or audit.
- Open Access and Goodwill Access
- Published as future boundaries only; no allowance, application, award, recipient, or service activation is public.
- Patronatus
- Dormant; no programmes, calls, applicants, beneficiaries, or grants.
- Cryptographic signing
- Institutional publication signing is not implemented. The separate active Triluna Chain public testnet uses disposable simulation keys only; it is not a production trust root, signing service, or canonical authority.
- Identity
- Renkan ID is the shared identity and authentication layer. Existing accounts and thirteen-digit identifiers remain unchanged; project privileges and private data remain with each project.
- Published languages
- English, German, French, Japanese, and Traditional Chinese.
- Analytics and advertising
- None.
2026 status statement
No public donations are solicited or accepted.
The Ledger boundary does not turn unknown figures into zeroes. No public reporting period has been closed. The public snapshot separates recorded expenditure from delayed entries and a pending external-support record with no published amount or payment. Resource coverage remains not reported where no receipt list was supplied. It is not an audit or a payment service.
Low-data operation
The public site is static. It has no analytics scripts, tracking pixels, advertising tags, behavioural profiles, newsletter tracking, contact-form vendor, public registration, or unnecessary cookies.
Cloudflare Pages processes ordinary network and security data as the hosting provider. Public pages load their font, imagery, style, and script assets locally.
Active and dormant functions
- Active
- Institutional mandate, governance formation, and the published under-review public debit register.
- Experimental
- Custodia archive and verification model, including the active, explicitly non-production
triluna-testnet-2protocol and verifier laboratory. - Limited
- Open Access and Goodwill Access frameworks; no public service, application, award, or entitlement is activated.
- Dormant
- Patronatus.
- Not present
- Public fundraising, donation receipts, payment processing, memberships, public grant-making, a second identity or account system alongside Renkan ID, production cryptographic signing, or canonical chain authority.
Known limitations
Authority remains concentrated in one founding steward. Succession policy is incomplete. No closed annual financial report or independent audit has been issued. Institutional signing and production key management do not exist. The active Chain testnet uses three logically separate simulated validator services inside one Cloudflare administrative environment; it is not independently administered Byzantine consensus, a production trust root, or canonical authority. Production requires a new chain ID and genesis, audited keys and authorities, established consensus integration, and no promotion of test events or secrets. The institutional site still has no ledger database, server-authorized administrative workflow, evidence store, application flow, or service workflow. Translation coverage is maintained across five public editions, and each later change requires a separate release and live verification.
